Hi Lovelies! Hope this weather is treating you well – I love colder weather (more layers – as a modest dresser this is super important).
It’s that time of the year where I look through my wardrobe and build a seasonal capsule (if you’ve been following me from the beginning, you will know I have taken on a minimalist style and lifestyle).
Read more below about what I gravitate towards now and how I build my outfits.
My style has become about comfort and I’ve gravitated towards the sportluxe/athleisure looks. Being in such a busy environment – work-wise – I don’t really wear heels that much (with all the running around, you just can’t!)
I’ve also loved a turban style for colder weather (I’ve always liked a wooly scarf around my neck for winter).

One of my uniforms for this capsule is casual pants and a simple tee with a jacket/coat and sneakers.
This would be for my weekend errands or an after gym outfit.

This can be dressed up with heels (maybe swapping the comfy pants for a pair of palazzo pants).
While I like layering, I generally layer my foundation wear (long sleeved tees with leggings) under my clothes – that way I can still wear summery pieces while staying toasty.

For colours, I like to keep my wardrobe neutral – beige, grey black and white with chambray and blues for colour.
I love cotton and soft knit fabric textures and tend to stick to flowy fabrics for ease of comfort and movement.

Cardigans are my best friend for transitional weather – still too hot for a coat but too chilly to not cover up with an extra layer.
